Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Customer service focus with good communication.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Stamina to stand and walk during shift.
• Computer proficiency and ERP system familiarity.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and more with or without accommodation.
• Physical ability for warehouse tasks (bending, stooping, kneeling).
• Non-climate controlled environment; pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking products using an RF scanner to ensure order accuracy.
• Read customer orders and retrieve items from racks using barcodes/serial numbers.
• Update inventory in ERP system after each pick.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse for all stakeholders.
• Operate heavy equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
