Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. is seeking a Workbench Associate at our Louisville Bishop Lane branch. The role involves accurate order picking and preparation in a team-oriented, non-climate controlled warehouse environment.

You will use RF scanning and ERP to update inventory, read customer orders, and ensure safety and efficiency, while supporting colleagues and customers with dependable, friendly service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Customer service focus with strong communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking products using an RF Scanner, ensuring order accuracy.
• Reading customer orders and retrieving items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers.
• Updating inventory in ERP system after each item is picked.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for all stakeholders.
• Operating heavy equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
