Responsibilities

• Visually inspect metal parts to ensure conformance to customer specifications.
• Identify burrs, dings and foreign objects and classify nonconforming parts.
• Label and move nonconforming parts to the reject or non-conformance area.
• Record final inspection activities in the company software.
• Package parts into boxes for shipping to the customer.
• Utilize gauges to measure parts according to specifications.
• Safely operate deburring tools such as metal files and deburr tools.
