The role includes removing parts from sheets, packing for shipment, and using inspection tools like microscopes, micrometers, and drop gauges.

You will follow instructions, record lot information, and work in a fast-paced team environment with regular hours, potential overtime, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Read and follow instructions on traveler and other documentation to complete tasks.
• Accurately record manufacturing lot information and measurements.
• Inspect parts using a microscope to verify conformance to criteria.
• Remove parts from sheets using scissors or clippers as required.
• Measure material thickness with micrometers and similar tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve inspection and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to documented criteria.
• Remove parts from sheets and prepare for packaging/shipment.
• Complete solder assemblies using fixtures, ring light, and equipment.
• Record data and ensure documentation accuracy for traceability.
• Work under supervision and follow established instructions.
