Job summary

Danfoss Hydraulics Division in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Assembler to join our team on the 1st shift. You will assemble valves according to customer requirements, follow detailed drawings, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances while maintaining on-time delivery and quality expectations.

This is a union, on-site, hourly paid role. You will test, adjust, paint as needed, and support the shipping process. We offer internal growth, benefits, and a collaborative environment at Danfoss.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months general assembly experience.
• Must read detailed assembly drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and erect precision assemblies and sub-assemblies with close tolerances.
• Work from detailed drawings and specifications; inspect parts.
• Perform fitting, adjusting, calibrating, and aligning components.
• Air test valves and coordinate shipping.
• Inspect, clean, and deburr valve parts as needed.
• Prepare and apply paint as required.
