Job summary

Danfoss in Easley, SC is seeking a 2nd shift Assembler I to oversee the complete assembly process within a designated cell, from setup through testing. A 2nd shift premium of $1.50 is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes; TPM/SMED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and position valves into assembly fixtures with precision.
• Meet production targets and report shortages to supervisor.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and work instructions accurately.
• Operate assembly and torque tools; inspect valves and repair as needed.
