Qualifications

• Experience in residential trim carpentry and general construction.
• Read and interpret construction plans and drawings for accurate installations.
• Proficient with hand and power woodworking tools.
• Familiar with woodworking machines like table saws and routers.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings for complex installations.
• Experience with construction estimating related to materials and timelines.
• Follow safety procedures including power tool safety.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans to install trim components.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install wood materials.
• Operate drills, sanders, nail guns, and routers safely.
• Install interior trim such as baseboards, crown molding, window/door casings, and millwork.
• Coordinate with project managers and trades to meet schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with related carpentry tasks as needed.
