Job summary

Servpro Team Phillips/Smith is seeking a skilled Trim Carpenter to join the team. You will install millwork, molding, and trim for windows, doors, baseboards, crown molding, mantels, and cabinetry. The role requires carrying tools and working in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities include reading plans, using hand and power tools, and ensuring precise joinery. A valid driver's license and own tools are preferred for efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of carpentry practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment.
• Able to work unsupervised with precision in measurements and cutting.
• Strong attention to detail and dexterity for accurate workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints or supervisor instructions and work with materials (wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall).
• Use chisels, planes, saws, drills and sanders to install millwork, doors and windows.
• Assemble cabinets, mantels and cabinetry; hang doors and install hardware.
