100Hires, Inc. is expanding its toolroom in Wisconsin and seeks an experienced Tool Maker/CNC Machinist to set up, run, and optimize high-precision tooling. You will read complex blueprints, program CNC machines, and troubleshoot issues to keep production flowing on second shift.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in high-precision CNC machining.
• Proficiency in CNC programming (editing and creating programs).

• Confident blueprint reading and broad toolroom equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC equipment to produce high-precision tooling components.
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot tooling and machine issues to maintain quality and uptime.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
