Job summary

You walk up to a CNC mill or lathe, verify the program, install the right fixtures, set the tooling, and dial in offsets to hit tight tolerances. You run the first piece, measure it with precision instruments, and make smart adjustments so production flows smoothly. Operators count on your guidance; quality depends on your judgment; schedules benefit from your troubleshooting instincts.
