Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking a detail-oriented Toolmaker in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to join our manufacturing team. The Toolmaker will create, repair, and maintain precision tools and dies for punch press operations, requiring a strong background in metal stamping and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with metal stamping tooling.
• Strong understanding of die clearances, press setup, and material flow.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines including mills, lathes, grinders, and surface finishers.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on stamping tools and dies.
