Qualifications

• A.A. technical degree in Tool & Die.
• 5+ years experience in tool & die.
• Excellent people skills and ability to partner.

• Lift up to 50 pounds and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, repair, and maintain stamping dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures using lathes and mills.
• Read blueprints/CAD drawings to plan and measure metal stock.
• Troubleshoot tools and dies with press operators.
• Conduct tests and inspect parts to meet specs and quality standards.
• Select metals, perform heat-treating, and design specialty tools as needed.
