Qualifications

• Experience in manual and CNC machining, mills and lathes.
• Experience with welding, metal fabrication, and forming processes.
• Knowledge of epoxy and fiberglass lay-up techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Strong understanding of precision measurement and inspection methods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manual and CNC milling machines to manufacture tooling components.
• Operate manual and CNC lathes to machine precision parts to specified tolerances.
• Perform welding and metal fabrication.
• Complete epoxy and fiberglass lay-up processes for tooling construction and repair.
• Fabricate and form metal components using bending equipment and techniques.
• Interpret detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, modify, and repair tooling and fixtures.
• Maintain quality, safety, and workmanship standards throughout fabrication processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support tooling requirements.
