Responsibilities

• Load correct programs into computer for setup and running.
• Set up equipment to standard for each pattern processed.
• Monitor parts in process and verify they meet requirements.
• Adjust during runs to keep parts within specifications.
• Make detailed checks and adjustments to within thousandths of an inch.
• Read calipers, micrometers, Ohm and resistance meters.
