Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience with CNC lathes/mills, routers, and drill presses.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and perform maintenance.
• Skilled in manual machining and precision measuring tools.
• Welding experience: TIG and MIG.
• Experience with stamping tools and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair CNC lathes, bed mills, routers, and drill presses.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for tool requirements.
• Perform manual machining using lathes, mills, calipers, and micrometers.
• Operate machines with high precision and accuracy.
• Perform TIG and MIG welding as required.
• Work with stamping tools and keep them maintained.
• Apply pneumatics knowledge to maintain relevant equipment.
• Develop strategies to improve tool efficiency and effectiveness.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
