Qualifications

• Experience operating EDM, CNC mills and surface grinders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and complex drawings.
• Strong math skills in geometry, trigonometry and algebra.
• Proficiency with CAD software and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, modify, and maintain dies, molds, fixtures, and tooling.
• Create tooling and fixtures to support production needs.
• Disassemble, repair, troubleshoot, and reassemble molds and dies.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to guide fabrication.
• Operate EDM, CNC mills, and surface grinders to spec.
• Inspect tooling for quality, accuracy, and function.
• Coordinate material and equipment availability for tooling projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
