Qualifications

• Skilled in operating manual and CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDMs.
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and application.
• Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations related to tool design and fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new tooling, dies, fixtures, and gauges.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on existing tooling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related production issues.
• Operate a variety of machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDMs.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and 3D models to create precision components.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tool performance and design.
