Job summary

Alinabal, LLC seeks an experienced Tool and Die Maker to design, fabricate, repair, and troubleshoot precision tooling including dies, jigs, and fixtures. You will work with engineers and operators to translate drawings into high-quality components on CNC and traditional tooling equipment.

The role emphasizes hands-on craftsmanship, meticulous measurement, safety, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Proven Tool and Die Maker experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of machining tools and CNC equipment; precision measurement and hand metrology skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures based on engineering specs and production needs.
• Operate lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machinery to produce precision components.
• Inspect and function-test tools and dies, ensuring they meet safety and quality criteria; make adjustments for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot tooling and related equipment to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Perform routine maintenance and document specifications, builds, repairs, and PM activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve tooling issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized toolroom; follow all safety guidelines and required PPE.

Your mission

Build, refine, and sustain precision tooling—dies, jigs, and fixtures that meet exact specifications and elevate manufacturing performance. You’ll be the hands‑on expert who balances craftsmanship with problem‑solving and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures based on engineering specs and production needs.

Working conditions

• Manufacturing floor environment with industrial equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Occasional walking, standing, and warehouse site visits.
• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule with flexibility for extended hours.
• Occasional travel for supplier visits, conferences, and inter‑facility coordination.
