Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical / Vocational certification in Tool and Die or machining is desired.
• 4+ years experience as Tool and Die Maker.
• Proficiency reading/understanding technical prints.
• Experience with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Knowledge of CAM software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from General Manager or designee.
• Read and interpret technical prints to understand required parts.
• Operate and set up machine tools (CNC mills, CNC lathes, surface grinders).
• Maintain 6S standards in the work area and assist other makers.
• Adhere to ISO 9001/ISO 14001/OSHAS 18001 requirements.
• Inspect finished parts and ensure quality and tolerances.
• Work with engineers and production staff to meet manufacturing needs.
