Job summary

Alinabal is seeking a Tool & Die Maker to design, fabricate, repair, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for production. You will operate lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC equipment, review blueprints, inspect tooling, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime on the manufacturing floor.

Safety is emphasized; you will be responsible for accurate documentation, collaboration with engineering and production teams, and adhering to PPE guidelines on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Experience as Tool & Die Maker in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Proficient with CNC equipment and precision tooling.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures per requirements.
• Operate lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC equipment to produce parts.
• Inspect, test, and ensure tools meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of tool specs, repairs, and maintenance.
