Qualifications

• 2-7 years machining or tool & die experience (or trade school + shop experience).
• Working knowledge of milling, grinding, and machining processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Machine and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Operate manual and CNC equipment (mills, grinders, lathes).
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Perform part fitting, assembly, and adjustments.
• Hold tight tolerances (±.0005" or better).
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Support tooling improvements and production uptime.
