Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Rectifying Technician to ensure tile is sized and finished to meet quality standards. The role supports the Additional Finishes department, operates loader/unloader machines, and participates in PM reviews and safety training.

The 2-2-3 shift runs 6 PM to 6 AM, with a strong focus on safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement. The position offers a safety-focused environment with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Ensure safety protocols across the plant are followed.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 quality management system in finishing operations.
• Train new hires on safety, quality policies, and equipment use.
• Maintain accurate records and report inspections.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety protocols are followed across the plant.
• Operate loader/unloader, set-up, and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Assist in water treatment duties and application of chemical products.
• Coordinate with the Additional Finishes department and training new hires.
• Review PM schedules and lubrication procedures.
