100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced welder to perform precision TIG welds on thin-gauge metals. You will review blueprints, set up for TIG work, and plan daily tasks in the E2 system to hit delivery targets without compromising quality.

The role requires strong TIG skills, MIG knowledge, blueprint interpretation, and a continuous improvement mindset. Expected duties include inspection, setup reduction, and safe, organized operation.

Qualifications

• Expertise welding thin-gauge materials with clean appearance.
• Proficient TIG welding and working knowledge of MIG.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Experience with inspection gauges and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and tolerances; set up for TIG welding on thin gauge.
• Perform precise TIG welds; apply MIG as needed; maintain quality.
• Inspect parts during production; ensure adherence to specs.
• Organize tasks in E2 system; meet time standards; communicate status.
• Escalate issues; support Lean/6S improvements; keep workspace clean.
