Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks an experienced Precision Aluminum GTAW Fabrication Specialist to weld aluminum parts to drawings. You will set up TIG equipment, prep stock, and perform test beads to dial in heat input for repeatable welds in multiple positions.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints are essential. You will work in a pair of shifts, maintain a clean workspace, and follow safety and quality standards while documenting production activities and ensuring dimensional

Qualifications

Hands-on aluminum TIG welding experience; ability to produce clean, consistent welds.
Fluency reading fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
Proficiency with fixtures, jigs, calipers, squares and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

Set up and run aluminum TIG (GTAW) equipment for production and custom builds.
Weld components to drawings, fixtures, and WPS with emphasis on repeatability.
Work in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions as needed.
Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, work instructions, and fabrication drawings accurately.
Inspect finished weldments against quality criteria and document production activities.
