100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced welder to perform precision TIG welds on thin-gauge metals. You will review blueprints, set up for TIG work, and plan daily tasks in the E2 system to hit delivery targets without compromising quality.

The role requires strong TIG skills, MIG knowledge, blueprint interpretation, and a continuous improvement mindset. Expected duties include inspection, setup reduction, and safe, organized operation.

Qualifications

• Expertise welding thin-gauge materials with clean appearance.
• Proficient TIG welding and working knowledge of MIG.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Experience with inspection gauges and quality checks.

Responsibilities

About the roleStep into a hands-on welding position where your craft shapes high‑quality, thin‑gauge metal components.
