Qualifications

• Experience reading prints and work instructions to determine materials, tools, resources, and procedures.
• Experience selecting and using TIG/MIG welding equipment per specs and metal thickness.
• Ability to inspect welds and rework to meet specs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow welding chart specifications for materials and thickness.
• Position parts and apply welding rod/wire to join pieces.
• Inspect welded sections for defects and perform rework as needed.
• Ensure units meet specifications using measuring tools and fit tolerances.
• Maintain clean workspace and support ISO 9001 practices.
