Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret prints, work orders, and specifications.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to use test equipment, rulers, micrometers, calipers for quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Refer to prints and work instructions to determine materials, tools, and procedures.
• Assemble TIG/MIG guns, torch tips, filler rods per welding chart and metal thickness.
• Position parts for welding and apply welds to join pieces.
• Inspect welded sections for defects and perform rework as needed.
• Ensure units meet specifications and quality standards using appropriate measurement tools.
