This on‑site role requires ISO procedures, safety compliance, and strong attention to detail. A Technical Diploma in Welding or 4+ years of related experience is preferred; AWS D1.1 certification is expected upon hire.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in TIG and GMAW processes.
• Strong blueprint reading with solid GD&T interpretation.
• Skilled in precision measurement and inspection techniques.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused mindset with effective problem‑solving.
• Meets Pro‑Cise, Inc. qualification requirements and passes applicable certification tests.

Responsibilities

• Independently fit and weld components or sub‑assemblies using approved processes and techniques.
• Deliver weldments that meet quality, dimensional, and efficiency targets based on drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Interpret blueprints and apply GD&T while using precision tools such as tape measures, squares, protractors, and weld gauges.
• Perform TIG and GMAW on ferrous and non‑ferrous materials to support diverse customer projects.
• Contribute to fixture design and fabrication when needed to improve flow and repeatability.
• Complete labor reporting and work order documentation; properly identify work in process.
• Follow ISO procedures and safety programs, including PPE use and equipment operation guidelines.
• Operate forklifts, jib cranes, hoists, and other lifting devices safely and efficiently.
• Share knowledge by assisting in training and mentoring new welders or team members.
• Pass required welding certification tests, including customer‑specific qualifications.
