Job summary

Driv-Lok is seeking a manufacturing operator to run Warren Threader or Header machines and ensure products meet quality standards. You will interpret shop drawings, select materials and tools, perform minor maintenance, and keep accurate records of production steps.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and typically 1–3 years of related experience. The role requires strong attention to quality, teamwork, and safety in a factory environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write and simple shop mathematics; HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 1 to 3 years of related experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret shop drawings and document production activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate Warren Threader or Header machines to meet quality requirements.
• Monitor assigned header machines and interpret shop drawings.
• Perform material selection, tool changes, and minor machine maintenance.
• Lubricate machines daily and maintain housekeeping in area.
• Document activities, perform SPC attribute charting and input job cards.
