Job summary

LPC Personnel, Inc. seeks a dependable Thread Machine Operator to run thread-cutting and related production equipment in our Houston, TX facility. The role requires attention to quality and safety while meeting production targets.

You will set up machines per work orders, load materials, monitor operations, perform basic adjustments, and document production records. Prior experience with threading or CNC machinery is preferred, along with the ability to read blueprints and quality gauges.

Qualifications

• Experience operating thread machines or CNC equipment preferred.
• Ability to read simple work instructions and drawings.
• Familiar with quality-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate thread machines and related manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Set up machines according to work orders, specifications, and production requirements
• Load and unload materials and parts
• Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges
• Identify defects, machine issues, and quality concerns and report them to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting when necessary
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Meet established production goals while maintaining product quality
