Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing/assembly experience beneficial.
• Ability to sit/stand for 7.5 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
• US Person per ITAR; no sponsorship; no relocation; reside within 50 miles of Laconia facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts per prints and process instructions using necessary tooling.
• Perform basic math and interpret blueprints; conduct first piece inspection using fixtures or measuring equipment.
• Wand and record-keeping tasks; apply bonding agents and assemble components per print.
• Create top-level assembly using subcomponents; work with Engineering on process improvements.
• Mark parts per customer specs; maintain lot traceability; adhere to safety procedures.
