Job summary

Gunnebo Group in Milford, Ohio seeks a production assembler to perform assembly tasks, fit and align components to tight tolerances, and use hand and power tools. Some welding may be required and reading drawings is common.

You will install parts to specifications, verify against drawings, interpret blueprints or instructions, report shop floor data, follow work and safety rules, and maintain equipment. Qualifications include priorassembler experience in manufacturing, tool use, ability to read

Qualifications

• Experience as an assembler in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with hand and power tools required.
• Ability to read blueprints preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Consistent work history and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Installation of components to specifications, using various hand and power tools and equipment.
• Ensures parts match drawings and quality of components for the product being assembled to meet quality standards.
• Interprets blueprints, Process Flow Instructions and other written or verbal instructions.
• Accurately reports shop floor production data to Process or Team Lead for input to computer terminal and/or written reporting.
• Follows both visual and written work instructions to complete tasks within time.
