Job summary

Boyd Corp in Laconia, NH is seeking an Operator to run manual hand presses, attach tabs, pins and pems to stampings and Board Level products, with cross-training to Anodize Racking, Assembly or Packing as workflow requires.

You will perform first piece inspection, ensure correct parts and tooling, maintain lot integrity through precise record keeping, and communicate with your Team Leader and Supervisor. This is a safety-conscious on-site role focused on quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read/use Dial Calipers.
• Good manual dexterity including good hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to sit for long durations at a work station.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand presses to attach tabs, pins and pems to parts.
• Perform first piece inspection and ensure correct parts and tooling.
• Maintain accurate wanding and record keeping for lot integrity.
• Communicate clearly with Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
