Job summary

Boyd Corporation, based in Woburn, MA, is seeking an engineering-focused professional to generate work instructions, design tooling and fixtures, and assist in manufacturing with 3D printing for metal and plastic parts. Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and QC documentation.
• Experience with 3D printing for metal and plastic.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and RCCA.

Responsibilities

• Generate work instructions to support production.
• Design tooling and fixtures for efficiency and quality.
• Assist in disposition QC Tags, DMRs, RMAs, etc.
• Collaborate with machining, brazing, heat treating and welding SMEs to improve processes.
• Perform data analysis including CMMs and review customer documentation packages.
• Participate in design reviews, RCCA and other engineering meetings.
• Assist in minor assembly tasks and product testing.
• Set up and run 3D printing equipment for metal and plastic.
• Handle post printing processing and material tracking.
