Qualifications

• Basic math and interpretation of instructions and prints.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints.
• Perform first piece inspection using visual or dimensional specs and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts per prints and process instructions using necessary tooling.
• Apply bonding, pads, springs, pins, fans and other hardware per print.
• Assemble parts with epoxy, solder, glue, and other bonding agents per customer print.
• Create top level assemblies from subcomponents per customer print.
• Work with engineering to troubleshoot and improve assembly processes.
• Mark parts per customer specifications and conduct required testing as needed.
• Maintain lot traceability and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
• Communicate with team leaders and supervisors regularly.
