You will perform functional testing, visual inspection, and precise component positioning, using standard test rigs and an MRPs system. The role includes configuring test equipment, executing recipes, analyzing pass/fail results, and documenting outcomes while following procedures with accuracy and discipline.

Qualifications

• Proficient use of Windows 11 and common office applications.
• Ability to identify small features and defects with good eyesight.
• Capable of delicate-steady-precise positioning of parts during setup, testing, and inspections.
• Exceptional attention to detail and discipline to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of products to support production quality assurance, schedule priorities, and warranty evaluation.
• Perform visual inspection and precise manual positioning of small components under microscope.
• Configure test equipment hardware and initiate recipe scripts using a computer user interface.
• Interact with computer networked drives to download test script recipes and upload test results.
• Interpret test results (pass/fail) and send unit to next step.
• Enter transactional job information into a computerized job scheduling application (MRP).
• Other duties may be assigned.
