Job summary

Responsibilities include inspecting SMT components and solder joints per IPC 610, using AOI and precision instruments, recording results, analyzing data trends, and supporting continuous improvement with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with SMT PCB testing and IPC 610 standards.
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and ohmmeters.
• Ability to analyze test data and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCB and assembled unit testing using ATE and manual methods.
• Inspect SMT components and solder joints per IPC 610.
• Record results and generate QA reports.
• Support process improvements with engineering.
