• Requires knowledge of SMT assembly and IPC 610 quality standards.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments for data collection.
• Experience with PCB testing and AOI.
• Mechanical inspection knowledge and soldering techniques.
• Ability to analyze test data and debug issues from schematics.
• Familiar with QA practices and manufacturing standards.
• Attention to detail and data-driven process improvement.
• High school diploma required; 1 year computer hardware experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive testing on electronic assemblies using automated test equipment and manual methods to verify functionality and performance.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and ohmmeters to perform detailed measurements and data collection.
• Inspect PCB assemblies for SMT components, solder joints, and mechanical integrity per IPC 610.
• Use AOI systems and visual inspection to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
• Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and test procedures to troubleshoot issues and ensure QC compliance.
• Record test results accurately, analyze data trends, and prepare detailed QA reports.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and collaborating with engineering for resolution.
