Qualifications

• Experience with PCB assembly and IPC 610 soldering standards.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Experience with PLCs is a plus.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers/micrometers).
• Strong attention to detail, safety conscious, and able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Solder components on PCBs using IPC 610 standards.
• Assemble electronic components and mechanical parts per drawings.
• Conduct electrical testing with ohmmeters, multimeters, and other instruments.
• Measure with calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy.
• Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to connect components and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate PLCs for testing and process control as needed.
• Document results, steps, and quality checks for traceability.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve assembly processes.
