Job summary

RBC Bearings in Connecticut is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to perform bench operations on Teflon-lined parts at optimum production and quality levels. Under supervision, you will install Teflon liners, cut and trim Teflon, loosen bearings, hone to size, and clean components.

You will maintain accurate production counts, check dimensions with simple measuring instruments, and keep the work area clean and safe, especially in the Clean Room. Other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience performing bench operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow supervision and lead directions.
• Familiarity with basic quality and cleanliness standards in a clean room environment.
