Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing and pressing machinery.
• Flexible working schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and mark areas requiring alterations.
• Perform and complete fittings on time and alterations per Nordstrom standards.
• Meet productivity goals while following store processes.
• Use store technology to track and organize alteration requests.
• Deliver service through teamwork within the Alterations & Store Team.
• Educate customers and employees on fit, style, construction, and trends.
