• Clear, professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing and pressing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and fit garments.
• Perform and complete customer fittings on time.
• Sew alterations per Nordstrom guidelines and service standards.
• Educate customers and employees on fit, style, construction, and trends.
• Utilize store technology to manage alteration needs and requests.
