Qualifications

• 2–3 years of fitting/tailoring/sewing experience required.
• Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers.

• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing/pressing machinery and alterations equipment.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and alterations on garments.
• Perform customer fittings and complete alterations per Nordstrom guidelines.
• Use store technology to manage and organize alteration requests.
• Deliver customer expectations through teamwork with Alterations & Store Team.
• Educate customers and employees on fit, style, construction, and trends.
