Qualifications

• 2-3 years of tailoring or sewing experience preferred.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and coworkers.

• Flexibility to adapt to a changing schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and mark alterations.
• Perform fittings and sewing alterations on time per Nordstrom guidelines.
• Meet department and individual productivity goals and follow processes.
• Use store technology to manage alteration needs.
• Educate customers and employees on fit, style, construction and trends.
