Job summary

CCT Enterprises seeks a Precision Swiss Lathe Set-Up Lead on the 2nd shift to drive setup excellence and process stability. You will perform complete Swiss setups, validate first pieces, and mentor operators on a four 10-hour schedule, Monday–Thursday, delivering high-yield parts while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Responsibilities include tool changes, minor program edits, and collaboration with supervisors to improve throughput and quality in an ISO/IATF environment.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and setup docs to establish repeatable setups.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment for first-piece verification.
• Knowledge of tooling, offsets, speeds/feeds; capable of minor program edits.

Responsibilities

• Set up Swiss-style CNC equipment and validate first-piece quality.
• Troubleshoot setup/machining issues; mentor teammates and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure ISO/IATF compliance.
