Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
5+ years operating Swiss-style lathes in manufacturing (medical preferred).
Knowledge of tooling, measuring equipment, and gauging processes.
Setup/reading of blueprints, routers, and setup files; basic CNC knowledge.
Familiarity with Avalign’s Quality System and measurement sheets.

Responsibilities

Own machine setups, changeovers, and CNC program debugging to hit specs.
Operate and maintain Swiss-style lathes and finishing equipment; burr removal.
Measure with calipers, micrometers, height stands; document results electronically.
Use ERP and machine monitoring systems to track work orders and quality checks.
Collaborate with CNC programmers; guide teammates; support training as needed.
Drive continuous improvement for quality and on-time delivery; support NPI.
