Formación

• 5+ years operating Swiss-style lathes in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of measurement equipment and gauging techniques.
• Proficiency with setups, toolchanges, and blueprints.
• Basic CNC programming capability.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Program debugging and fine-tuning; adjust machines and tools as needed.
• Operate CNC Swiss machines and finishing equipment; use fixtures and hand tools.
• Interpret blueprints, inspection sheets, and work instructions.
• Conduct inspections using calipers, micrometers, height stands, and comparators.
• Document quality checks in ERP and monitor systems; support change control docs.
• Mentor and train teammates to improve utilization and production attainment.
