Able Medical Devices is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to design and produce production and prototype machined parts, focusing on Tsugami Swiss Lathe programming. The role requires determining tooling, selecting materials, and ensuring dimensional accuracy through GD&T and precision gauging.

You will manage CNC programs, toolings, and collaborate with Engineering to optimize manufacturability while supporting 5S and lean initiatives in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience as CNC Programmer in medical device implants/instruments.
• Experience with CNC programming for production and prototype parts.
• Familiarity with GD&T and precision measurement tooling.

Mansioni

• Program and produce production and prototype machined products using CNC equipment.
• Determine tooling and raw material size requirements for machining processes.
• Purchase tooling and tooling inventory to support reliable machining.
• Manage CNC programs, versions, and master copies; transfer to machines.
• Collaborate with Development Engineering to optimize manufacturability.
