Job summary

Clsupreme seeks a CNC Swiss Machine Operator to produce custom precision parts on a multi-axis Swiss-style CNC machine. You will ensure parts meet tolerances, maintain equipment, and document processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating Swiss-style CNC machines or completed a company apprenticeship, with strong math and measurement skills, blueprints/GDT literacy, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Operates Swiss-style CNC machines with tolerance control.
• Inspects precision parts using gauges and visual checks.
• Reads blueprints and GD&T to verify specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple Swiss CNC machines and maintain production within tolerances.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools and perform visual checks.
• Make offset adjustments, tool changes, and maintain tooling and fluids.
• Load bar feeder, measure bar stock, and ensure correct material per specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Communicate status and quality issues with setup personnel and foreman.
