Job summary

Masterbilt, Inc. seeks an experienced CNC Machinist to operate Swiss CNC machines, read blueprints and GD&T, and optimize day-to-day production to maximize quality and profitability. You will set up and adjust tooling, verify program accuracy, and document outputs in logs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in an office/manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years manufacturing experience; CNC machining preferred (2+ years).
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T, blueprints and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and follow directions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Read part blueprints and document machining parameters.
• Determine process from print to part and set up Swiss CNC machines.
• Select and align workholding and tools; load/unload materials.
• Adjust tooling, run programs, and verify settings for quality.
• Monitor quality, document production logs, and troubleshoot.
